INTERIM EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

Does your organization need strengthening to be ready for a new Executive Director?

Our unique approach to interim leadership is powered by all the services we provide.  We have consultants with experience in the Executive Director role, who can step in and ensure your organization remains stable while giving you the time you need to step back and strengthen aspects of your organization so it is healthy and ready for new leadership.

Interim Executive Directors come pre-fired: we are not candidates for the permanent role.  We are there to fill the seat, keep the organization (and funding) stable, manage the staff, support the board, and help prepare the organization for new leadership.

We have the ability to bring the power of our full consultancy to these engagements.  Some additional services we have included in past interim leadership engagements are:

  1. Organizational capacity assessment;
  2. Redrafting of job descriptions for staff and board;
  3. Board development
  4. Capacity building in target areas
  5. Coaching for selected staff
