MEETING FACILITATION AND TRAINING

What solutions could be unlocked by bringing your best minds together for constructive dialogue and learning?

With extensive training in meeting design and facilitation combined with years of experience, we have helped nonprofits and foundations bring their best thinkers together in dialogues and working sessions or training sessions to develop solutions or gain new skills and knowledge.

We are known for our light hearted and engaging meeting designs and a warm, empathetic facilitation style that values the input and thinking of the participants.  We understand that our role, as facilitators, is to design the container where your participants can achieve what they want to achieve, and leave feeling their time was valued and they were heard.

We are draw on various facilitation techniques, ranging from liberatory practices, to Technology of Participation, to Appreciative Inquiry and more to help participants have meaningful conversations where they can make powerful decisions to move forward.
