Jacob’s Pillow is a major dance organization located in the Berkshires. Their dance presenting season is in the summer months and they run a robust intern program to help them staff the season.
The Pillow wanted to strengthen the capacity of their full-time staff to supervise summer interns and deepen the internship experience.
