Let's start with a conversation
Most people don’t come to us with a perfectly formed question. They come because something feels stuck.
Or heavy.
Or important—but hard to name.
You might be carrying competing priorities, a stressed out team, a board that needs clarity, or even just a sense that change is needed—but not at the cost of your people.
That’s a good place to begin.
We don’t start with solutions. We start by listening—so we can understand what’s happening in your system, what matters most right now, and what kind of support would actually be useful.
When you contact us, you’re not committing to anything. You’re opening a conversation. That conversation might include:
- Talking through what feels unclear or challenging
- Naming what’s changed since your last plan—or what hasn’t
- Exploring whether facilitation, planning, coaching, or something else would be helpful
- Deciding together whether working with PCS is the right fit
If you’re not sure what you’re looking for yet, that’s okay. Part of our work is helping people make sense of what they need.

I'd like to discuss ...
You can share as much or as little as you’d like. A short note describing what’s on your mind A few bullets—messy thoughts welcome Or even a quick voice message, if that’s easier than writing There’s no expectation of polish. This isn’t a proposal request—it’s a human check-in.
